To get your toys lighting fast PayPal is best. PayPal does NOT require you to sign up for an account to send a
payment using PayPal and its free for buyers. PayPal its safe and secure. You can pay with a all major credit

Please note that payments made with a checking account take 4 days to clear.
We also except American orders through the mail Personal Check, Money order, and Cashier Check. You can
fill out an online order form for mail orders only.
We do not take over the phone orders at this time.
Do you take and ship International orders?
We gladly except International orders through Paypal. We have many happy customers all around the world!
How long does it take to get my order?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 3 days. Toys and Tents are made when an order is placed.
If you paid using your checking account through Paypal all checking account order take 4 days to clear. We
ship as soon as the check clears to be protected through buyers protection act.
I see a toy I really think my bird would love, but it's not made in his/her size can you
make that toy for my bird in his/her size?
We are happy to customize a toy for you and your bird. Please email your request and we will make that exact
toy in the right size for your bird if possible. If we do not have the same parts in the right size we can find
something really close and make a toy with the same look.
Can I get a refund on an Order I received?
We do not give refunds for health reasons on toys or tents.

Please understand no toy or tent can be returned to beakapoo.com for safety reasons.
Bird disease can be spread in this way and I can not resell the toy or tent. No
exceptions apply. The only way a credit will be issued is if toy was broke or the wrong
product was sent. If you need help picking out the right size toy please contact me for
help at any time.
